Quiche
Some crust quiches are made with the freshest cheeses and eggs and feature fresh spices. They’re just the thing for breakfast or brunch and perfect for picnics!
Our quiches can be baked to order or picked up frozen to be baked in your own oven. Instructions for baking are located below.

*Pan sized only available by special order & require $10 deposit for the pan
· Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
· Place frozen quiche on a cookie sheet.
· Bake until puffed like a souffle and the crust is light golden-brown.
· Place a piece of parchment paper (included) on top of the quiche when the crust starts to brown (after about 30 minutes).
· Start checking large quiche after 40 minutes.
· Start checking small (9″) quiche after 20 minutes.
· Baking times will vary due to difference is ovens.

Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, fresh Roma tomatoes, green onions, tarragon, basil, black pepper, and sherry. -
Garlic Chicken
Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic, chicken, green onions, Mozzarella cheese, basil, black pepper, and thyme. -
Spinach
Jarlsberg cheese, spinach, green onions, nutmeg, black pepper, oregano, and fresh garlic. -
Lorraine
Jarlsberg cheese, green onions, ham, sherry, dill, nutmeg, and tarragon. -
Mexican
Cheddar cheese, green onions, Ortega chilies, chili powder, paprika, and cumin. -
Italian
Roasted red and green bell peppers, fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, black pepper, and green onions.
