Pies
Some Crust pies are made the way you remember pies looking and tasting. Handmade shells filled with fresh ingredients and topped with a golden crust!
Our Pies can be baked to order or picked up frozen to be baked in your own oven. Baking instructions located below.
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Place pie on a cookie sheet. Bake until crust is golden-brown. If the crust is baking too fast, cover the crust with foil or a sheet of parchment paper with a filling-sized hole cut in the center. All pies should be cooled to room temperature before serving.
· Apple: Bake at least 1 hour or until no more juice drips out.
· Peach: Bake at least 45 min. or until no more juice drips out.
· Pumpkin: Bake about 35 minutes or until center of pie rises like a souffle.
· Pecan: Bake about 35 minutes or until pecans are just lightly roasted, the custard has thickened, and the filling has risen slightly.

A pie shell filled with a creamy coconut filling and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut. -
Mini Pies
A 4” pie crust filled with your choice of the following flavors: Apple Crumble, Key Lime, Lemon Blueberry or Peach Raspberry *Flavors vary seasonally (serves 2) -
Fruit Pies
A pie crust filled with your choice of the following flavors: Apple, Apple-Cranberry, Cherry, Peach (serves 6-8) -
Seasonal Pies
A pie crust filled with your choice of the following flavors: Pecan, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato (serves 6-8)
