Some Crust offers some of the best coffee in the Pomona Valley. We always have, and we always will. We are proud to feature Certified Fair Trade organic coffees from Monkey & Son Coffee Company. All of our individual roasts are available to be purchased freshly brewed by the cup from our pourover bar, or whole bean in sealed 12 oz. bags. We also feature a wide assortment of fine organic teas from Two Leaves and a Bud.

Here at the bakery, we have a unique and exciting way of brewing your coffee… individually, by the cup, when you order it! Customers are welcome to choose their favorite roast and step up to our pourover coffee bar, where one of our baristas will hand pour them the perfect cup of coffee. In a rush? Not a problem, we have fresh pots of our house roast available all day for quick service!

What used to be a seasonal favorite is now our signature blend. The darkest, richest blend you might ever have. -
Monkey X
A lighter blend using beans from Columbia, Nicaragua and Papua New Guinea. Influenced by old school roasts from Scandinavia. -
Papua New Guinea
A broad, rich medium bodied roast using beans from the Eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea. -
Ethiopian
A thick bodied, earthy roast from the birthplace of coffee. -
Medicine
A wonderful combination of Columbian, Ethiopian, Peruvian and Guatemalan coffees in a hearty medium roast. -
Vienna Decaf
A lighter french roast we think you'll really enjoy! -
Peruvian
A light roast that's well balanced with full body and acidity. Very light on the tongue. -
Nicaraguan
A medium roast coffee with outstanding body and a sweet, smooth finish. -
Wakeupandream
A blend of wonderful Papua New Guinea coffee, Vienna roasted with 25% of Fook! An amazing tasting coffee! -
Velvet Hammer
A smokey-flavored Italian roast with sharp acidity, containing a combinations of 3 different coffees. -
